By accessing or using Foundry ("the Service"), operated by Foundry ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Foundry is an AI-powered validation workspace that helps founders and teams turn assumptions into evidence-backed decisions. The Service includes web applications, APIs, and related tools.

3. Beta Access

Foundry is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the beta period.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Upload malicious code or content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Foundry. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Foundry and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foundry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
